Tasting Notes

Sydney Sommelier Ben Moechtar's tasting notes:

Bright, pale yellow/straw. Green melon, red grapefruit and lemon rinds. There is oak there but it has little aromatic impact. It sits nicely in the background with a subtle cashew nuttiness. Medium bodied, glycerolic palate with green melon and red grapefruit again with fine dry finish which is crisp and long. Fresh and light bodied and similar to Chablis in its cool fruited and mineral structure.
